Mercedes Eclipse

The leading feature of the Mercedes Sprinter van has to be its excellent balance in power and road holding. The vehicle after conversion is an absolute dream to drive. Frontline has been building Campervans since 1987 to a standard second to none and this conversion is no exception.

The design has a clever innovation where the seating/dinette is separate to the bed, allowing you to leave the bed permanently set up. This feature alone, will add quality to your travels. Extra seat belts can be added as an option.

The Kitchen and storage cupboards have been cleverly designed to make meal preparation and cooking a breeze. Appliances include fridge freezer, Microwave, flush top 2 burner stove. Additional to the cupboard storage is the under seat areas that are really handy.

The Shower toilet facility would be one of the main reasons people move to this size Camper. Frontline has designed this shower/toilet area with a fiberglass internal section that is built for long life and ease of cleaning. The toilet is a cassette type that has a waste holding tank. This removes from the outside of the vehicle for simple and hygienic discharge. The gas hot water system provides hot water to the shower as well as the sink area.

Throughout the vehicle the conversion has been tastefully lined. Behind the scenes there is insulation installed in the roof area to cut down on heat in the warm weather and retain the warmth in the cooler climates. Window tinting is a standard feature that cuts down on the suns intensity and helps to reduce heat. The side roll out awning is included as a standard feature and is great for protection from the sun and rain.

Power is provided in 12 volt and 240 volt. The 12-volt is stored in a deep cycle battery and automatically charged and isolated from the vehicle engine. The 12-volt power source allows you to be self sufficient and camp away from powered sites for a limited amount of time. The 240-volt power is operational when hooked up to mains power.

This is truly a fantastic, easy to drive Camper. If you are considering any other form of motorhomes please do yourself a favour and drive one of these motorhomes before you make your final decision.
